  • May 11 - Jun 20: Matt and Kat travel back-and-forth to see each other. Kat finishes her schoolwork, while Matt catches up on a year's worth of paperwork.

  • July 7: Oma's Birthday
  • July 8 - July 26: Kat and Nancy play Jane Austen characters in the UK
  • July ?? - July ??: Matt hikes in Switzerland, gets out to Budapest
  • July 27 - Aug 19: Budapest, Belgrade, Sofia, Istanbul, Turkey, Georgia, Tbilisi, Azerbaijan, and Baku

  • Aug 22: Matt's HS reunion in San Diego, CA

  • July 7 - Nancy flies from Los Angeles, CA to Dublin, Ireland
  • July 8 - Nancy arrives in Dublin, Kathryn flies from Berlin, Germany to Dublin. Night in Dublin.
  • July 8 - 9: Dublin Exploration. Stay in a Bed and Breakfast!
  • July 10: Start on our Rail Tour - Visit Cork and Blarney Castle (yep, the tourist trap). Transfer to Killarney and spend the night.
  • July 11: Ring of Kerry and the Lakes of Killarney. Overnight in Killarney.
  • July 12: Tour of the Dingle Peninsula. Overnight in Killarney.
  • July 13: Depart for Limerick. Visit Bunratty Castle, Cliffs of Moher, Galway Bay among other sights. Night in Galway.
  • July 14: Day in Galway. Train back to Dublin at Night. Night in Dublin.

  • July 15: From Dublin, Ireland fly to London, England. Train to Bath. Night in Bath.
  • July 16: Morning in Bath. Afternoon trip to Stonehenge. Night in Bath.
  • July 17: Early morning train to Cambridge. Day in Cambridge. Train to Nottingham and spend the night with friends.
  • July 18: Day and night in Nottingham with old friends.
